This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join a City based Investment Management company, in a brand new role.

Our clients are expanding the technical services they offer to their clients and as such need a professional, well spoken and personable individual to provide first line support to clients calling for advice, support and help. This role doesn’t require you to have a technical background but demonstrable experience of providing excellent levels of client support, a clear telephone manner and good analytical / numerical skills is needed.

Key responsibilities as the Customer Services Executive / Helpdesk Support include:

  • Primary contact for client portal support, becoming the 'in-house’ specialist for the portal
  • Providing 1st (when necessary) line support, logging via Service Desk application
  • Resolving day-to-day internal support queries
  • Pro-actively dealing with queries and problems
  • Keeping abreast of technological developments and making recommendations
  • Developing and maintaining relationship with 3rd parties
  • Providing exceptional levels of customer support at all times

Key skills and experience required:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous Service Desk experience is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently and professionally with clients
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • Experience with mobile devices (iOS and Android)
  • Experience of Microsoft Office (2013)
  • Highly organised
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Proactive
  • ITIL Certified (desirable)
  • Driving licence (desirable)
