Our client based in Bicester are looking for a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Executive fluent in English and Greek to join their busy call centre team.
- Providing and maintaining high levels of customer service
- Providing customers with product knowledge and help resolve queries they have
- Working with various teams internally and out in the field. i.e. booking engineers, liaising with technical support, finance teams etc...
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are adhered to
- Strive to achieve individual KPI's and team/company targets
- Fluent Greek speaking
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages
- Experienced within a fast paced contact centre
- Able to managed your own workload
