Your Key Responsibilities

As part of the Team, you'll manage all requests for service maintenance renewals. The role is responsible for account & opportunity management, customer negotiation & sales closure against an overall team target. You'll provide regular forecast data both internally & externally, and you'll have the ability to learn our systems & service processes in order to manage and respond to customer requirements.

We look for people who are passionate about customer service.

For this role, you will need good Customer Service with an appetite to learn. Being fluent in German is essential.

Skills include:

  • Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English and German)
