A superb opportunity to join one of the world's leading manufacturers of totally botanically based Beauty, Health & Wellness products. The company currently operates in US, Canada, Australia, UK, Polanad and Taiwan. It is now looking to expand its operations into Germany.

You must be able to commute to Northampton, East Midlands. You must be able to speak and write English and German fluently.

Duties will include:

* Researches and responds to questions received on the Field Support/VP Support, Solutions and escalation queues
* Answers enquiries by phone, email or chat.
* Researches and responds to enquires in a timely manner and with accurate information
* Researches complex issues across multiple databases and work with the team to provide resolutions.
* Research and respond to queries concerning shipments and backorders.
* Provides information about company products, specials, marketing programs, business practices, qualifications and commissions to Customer Service Assistants, Consultants, VP's and management.
* Communicates with all levels of department management and department head when significant issues arise
*Ensures all trouble shooting actions have taken place before escalating to a Supervisor.
