Customer Service - full time - shift work - £8 per hour - East London
An online restaurant is looking for their next customer service executive to join their head office in East London.
They are looking for motivated customer service executives with relevant experience to help our operation, in a supportive, family environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- First point of contact for all customer enquires
- Dealing with customer questions - regarding vouchers/ food delivery time
- Assisting delivery drivers finding location
- Inputting data onto the system
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- A sense of humour
- Ability to multi task
- You are flexible with different working hours
- You are able to work night shift until 10.30PM
Their working hours are flexible. They offer up to 40 hours a week, morning or evening shifts.
And they are looking for candidates that can work on weekends.
