Customer service manager, field based, up to £37k+car, Devon and Cornwall

Your new role
You will join a successful and dedicated customer service team working closely with the Customer Service Manager (office based) and in house customer service teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the resolution of defects to properties across multiple sites and in relevant timescales. You will also ensure that all new homes are completed to strict quality standards. Furthermore you will complete home demonstrations for customers prior to legal completion.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced service professional with face to face customer service experience. You will be driven and motivated to resolve problems as efficiently as possible. Strong IT and outstanding communication skills are essential. A service management background in construction would be advantageous.
