My client are a leading and highly reputable leader in the retail industry and we are looking for high quality customer service agents to work in a temporary contract role starting in August. The role will involve working in the HR shared service centre in a phone based role speaking to prospective employees as well as completing administration tasks related to the conversation.
As the face of the company candidates will be responsible for providing a high standard of service to both internal and external customers in accordance with the company's processes and procedures by offering a Human Resource service.
The role will require the following:
Receive telephone calls from internal and external customers
Be the first point of contact and advise on relevant vacancy information
Delivering a high standard of customer service that meets the team SLA's
Understand and be compliant with the corporate data protection and confidentiality policies
Undertake a range of administration tasks on the company system
Work effectively as part of a team
The ideal candidate must have the following skills and knowledge:
Competent in the use of IT systems including Microsoft packages and email
Have very strong written and verbal communication skills.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm
There may be very occasional Saturday working during busy periods
This position will start on 23rd April for 3 months + candidates will need to be available the full contract and ideally not have any holidays booked which will impact the business.
