  • Salary: £16,185 + quarterly performance bonus
  • Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week
  • Rota: Between the hours of 7.00am - 10.00pm Monday- Sunday
  • Location: Leeds, LS10

The Role

We are looking for focused, career driven individuals with passion and urge to deliver customer service.You will need to be able to communicate to a wide range of customers who will know a little or a lot about their broadband service whilst:

  • Assisting customers with a wide range of enquiries regarding their accounts
  • Administrating customer account details using a range of IT systems
  • Responding to online customer enquiries
  • Working process flows and diagnosing broadband issues to get our customers back online
  • Ensuring that the workplace remains fun, relaxed and friendly

Person Specification

  • Flexible with working hours
  • Ideally previous call centre/technical support experience, however not necessary!
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills
  • Possess a positive, confident and determined approach
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Resilience and capability to cope with a variety of customer problems
  • Ideally experience working on computer databases
