The Company

A thriving and fast growing business based in High Wycombe, are seeking a number of Customer Service Agents to join their busy team. They actively promote from within so can offer a genuine career path. They have modern offices, free parking and access to a café on the business park.

The Role

Working as part of the Customer Service Team, you will be a point of contact for customers either calling in, emailing or using the Live chat to resolve their enquiry at first touch.

  • Work inbound and outbound calls
  • Respond to customer enquiries - Phone, Email and Live Chat
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating as necessary
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Enter and maintain customer information on the bespoke admin system
  • Identify when issues need to be escalated as a priority
  • Complete callbacks when required
  • Work towards targets set by Team Leaders
  • Manage customer accounts and communications via telephone, email and live chat

About You

  • IT literate and willing to learn new systems
  • Knowledge and experience of providing excellent customer service
  • Clear, concise communicator - both verbal and written
  • Have a drive to help others and provide excellent service
  • Strong listening skills
  • Able to relay information jargon free
  • Good problem solving and organisational skills

The Package

  • Working a shift pattern alternate weeks: 08:00 -16:30 and 10:30 - 19:00
  • Working 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:00am-17:00
  • Basic salary £18,000pa plus £1000pa bonuses
