Role - Customer Service Executive

Hours - full time permanent position, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm OR 9am to 6pm

Location - East London

Salary - £30,000 per annum + benefits

Our client is looking for a full time permanent customer service executive to join their busy office team.

A fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to join this busy, fast moving business located in the Wanstead area of East London.

They are a growing company supplying electrical products to the trade. Their recent success and further investment will lead to further growth for the business.

This is an exciting time to join this business who also have a lot of room for progression for ambitious individuals.

Duties for the customer service person will include :

Processing quotations for customers
Dealing with queries coming into the business regarding products and pricing
Co-ordinating orders with the warehouse team
Chasing delivery details
Filing paperwork
Ensuring an excellent level of service is provided to all clients
Dealing with customers and suppliers
Process any returns

Solve customer issues and deal with any complaints

General administration duties
You will need to have a proven track record within an office based customer service environment with strong attention to detail.
You will need to possess excellent communication skills and have a confident telephone manner and experience of dealing with customers over the phone.

Your background will need to be from an environment where the business was dealing with the sale of tangible goods.

Good Microsoft office skills are a prerequisite although training will be provided on products and software systems.

This is a full time permanent position.
