Customer Service Executive

We are recruiting for a fast paced and innovative company based in Aylesbury. This is a growing team with a great working environment.
The purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service to all contractors that seek support or advice. The ideal candidate would be confident when dealing with high volume inbound calls whilst working accurately at pace.
- Dealing with a combination of calls, e-mails, and live chat support queries
- Supporting contractors with their employment related questions regarding pay, expenses, and timesheets
- Responsible for around 60-70 contacts per day via telephone, email, or live chat
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to work in a high call volume and fast paced environment
- Exposure to payroll (Tax and NI) would be advantageous
Initially this role is office based, however once you have completed training there will be an option to work from home 2x days per week.
