My client are looking for immediately available Customer Service Advisors to join their lovely team. 

You will be the first point of contact for customers wishing to place orders, ask questions or who have issues. You will communicate professionally and efficiently and listen to customers concerns, showing empathy and positivity. You will have exemplary organisational skills and the ability to multitask, dealing with phone calls, emails and instant chats.

This is a fast paced and demanding department where you will need to be able to work well under pressure and thrive in a busy office environment. You will be passionate about delivering fantastic customer service and providing an excellent customer experience whilst achieving business and personal objectives. 

Monday – Friday either on the 8.00 – 4.30pm or  9.00 – 5.30pm. There is onsite parking and you will need to have your own transport to get to the site.
