As one of the largest financial services in the south of Wales, we are looking for excellent customer service Executive. Are you looking for a career in a fast past environment with progression? Full Training will be provided throughout your progression within the company, with the possibility of financial services qualifications (fully paid).

We are recruiting a number of Customer Service Advisor Executive, located in Cardiff, for an exciting client that is at the forefront of retail financial services.

Duties of a customer service executive include:

  • General customer service questions and queries
  • Setting up payment plans
  • Administering payments
  • Reviewing follow up actions ensuring customers are kept updated throughout the process

For your application for the Customer Service executive position to be successful, your CV must demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

  • Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality or Contact Centre environment)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent record keeping with accuracy and attention to detail paramount
  • Positive attitude and approach

Start Date: ASAP (interviews will be this week)

Salary: £17,250 + Additional Benefits

Hours of work: 35 hours per week - shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and occasional weekends
