Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: High Wycombe Area

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 - 6 Month FTC (could extend)


About The FMCG Company:

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive on behalf of a market leading FMCG company who manufacture educational toys and games for children on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract (could be longer). Providing an amazing range of fun and quirky products to large multi-national retail accounts as well as small independent retailers, they are a well-known FMCG brand with a market presence across the UK & Europe. Due to maternity cover my client is looking for a lively and meticulous Customer Service Executive for their team to cover admin and customer service.

About the Customer Service Executive Role

As the Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for the entire cycle of the sales process, supporting the sales and marketing team.

* Managing key retail accounts including top UK retailers and small independents retailers.
* Point of contact for client/ sales services.
* Hitting sales targets through proactive account management.
* Visiting clients across the UK, attending sales meetings, building long-term and consultative relationships.
* Attending trade fairs a year, networking with clients.

About the Customer Service Executive Role:

For this Customer Service Executive role, my client is looking for a lively individual who has a natural ability to embrace a broad sense of responsibility.

* A minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience in an Admin/Customer Service role
* Experience of SAGE is necessary
* Excellent communication skills.
* High attention to detail.

The Customer Service Executive receives a highly competitive salary paying up to £30,000 and excellent company benefits.
