Speaking with customers over the phone and email
Monitor a busy in-box and direct to the appropriate department
Investigate discrepancies and complaints
Update the database accurately
Open new accounts, obtaining information from customers
Pro-actively manage relationships
Liaise with internal departments and 3rd parties
Approachable and friendly
Able to work on own initiative
