Job Elements: -

·Liaise between customers and internal departments e.g. Sales, planning, production, quality and finance departments. Resolve issues to satisfy customer requirements and ensure prompt payment

·Deal quickly and efficiently with enquiries/complaints

·Ensure effective follow-up through to completion

·Expedite customer orders - keep customers informed of progress

·Ensure accurate management of customer information and that all systems are updated accordingly

·Anticipate possible delays or complications, communicate to management where appropriate and plan strategies to avoid or minimise them

·Provide support to the business development team and represent the company at customer meetings

The ideal candidate will have: -

·A formal qualification of education in appropriate subject e.g. Business Studies, Marketing

·Previous experience gained in customer services within a manufacturing environment

·Excellent communication/presentation skills

·Willingness to accept responsibility

·Professional approach - able to project confidence and knowledge of company products after training

·Organised, motivated, self-disciplined, flexible

·IT literate in Microsoft Office package
