Customer Service Executive
Our well established client based in Christchurch are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team!
Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Salary: £18,000 per annum plus £19,800 OTE
- To be the first point of contact for any customer service related issues with our customers. Ensuring customers are updated at all times.
- Ensuring all queries from clients are answered professionally and promptly
- Updating system notes for any customer service tickets raised in the system. All notes and details must be kept up-to-date.
- To be the first point of contact for any supplier related queries or issues. Ensuring suppliers are up-dated at all times.
- Ensuring that all orders are processed as quickly as possible into our in house system
- Ensuring that clients receive all the communication, artwork and documentation and end product that they need in a timely manner.
- To assist the Customer Services Manager with delegated tasks as required.
- Exceptional written, reporting and verbal communication skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Have a forward thinking attitude and have the ability to problem solve
- Ability to work proactively and make key decisions
- Effective time management
- Dedicated, adaptable, positive outlook
