Customer Service Executive, London, £22,000, Retail Company, Immediate Start!
Our client, a leading Distributor of niche fragrances across the UK, are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, professional Customer Service Executive to join their small customer service team. Based in a great part of London, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!
Our client import luxury perfumes from Europe to distribute across the UK and Ireland, to stock in stores including Harrods and Selfridges. Due to their growth as a business, they are actively seeking an articulate candidate to join their team. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling 30+ daily inbound calls and emails from a variety of B2B/B2C clients
- Processing customer orders
- Dealing with complaints and escalations
- Liaising with PR agencies to advertise the products
- General administration
In order to be considered for this positions, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Experience in handling inbound calls and emails in a customer service environment
- Professional, articulate telephone manner
- Enthusiastic approach to work
- Confidence in working within a small team
