As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for daily operations within the customer service centre to ensure full customer satisfaction.

Your role will cover the following areas:

  • Ensure every customer receives the very best customer care
  • Make customer call backs within the promised time period
  • Respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Process customer orders, suggesting appropriate add-ons when possible
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Meet company agreed SLA's
  • To remain vigilant for fraudulent orders
  • Data entry
  • Escalate serious customer issues to the management team as appropriate
