My Client located in Ipswich are recruiting for Customer Service Executives to join their team due to growth. The company offers a fantastic working environment, with bright open offices, a large staff area, and free car parking on site.
This is a full time, permanent position, with successful candidates needing to be flexible to work Monday – Friday 9am-6pm OR 3pm-Midnight on a shift rotation. You will be required to work weekends of both Saturday AND Sunday, with days of being given during the week instead.
Responsibilities will include -
• Providing outstanding Customer service at all times, exceeding customer expectations
• Respond to all enquires within required timescales
• Identify and provide effective solutions for any issues
• General administrative duties and assist with projects/tasks
• Working under direction of Management to achieve targets
• Communicating with various internal departments to resolve client queries
• Proactively log client and product information
The successful candidate will have previous customer service or call centre experience, have strong communication and time management skills, and be a team player. You should be able to work efficiently in busy environments, with a can-do attitude!
Interviews are taking place on Friday 6th April, with flexible times available. Starting salary is £16,500 per annum with bonus opportunities.
