Customer Service Executive

Job description:

Processing of contracts for the sales team on salesforce

Providing sales support to the sales teams

Ensuring customer records are accurate

Monitoring customer’s contracts

Administrative duties in setting up clients on the system on wimms

Making outgoing calls to customers ensuing service levels are met

Recording of incoming leads and enquires on sales force

Dealing with all commercial customer enquiries and resolving to a given deadline

Liaising with operations, sales teams and internal departments to resolve queries

Dealing with all incoming e-mails for regional and local accounts

Ensuring the service provided for the customer is to a high standard

Skills required

Educated to GCSE level

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent administrative service skills

A very friendly and polite telephone manner

Excellent team working skills

Ability to communicate within a team

Able to prioritise your own work load and work within deadlines

Excellent organisational skills

Computer literate
