Customer Service Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a large and very successful automotive organisation in the role of Complex Case Handler. You will be responsible for receiving and handling escalated caseloads from the customer service team, that require more investigation and coordination.

This particular role would suit those with previous experience within Account Management or Motor Sales/Servicing. You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of building strong customer relationships and be confident to handle difficult situations whilst remaining calm under pressure.

Key Duties

  • To coordinate any follow up work identified by engineers; liaising with customers to provide quotes and confirm authorisation to proceed with works

  • Once authorised, coordinate order and delivery of parts and schedule engineering resources ensuring optimum efficiency

  • Effectively manage customer expectations by ensuring regular updates throughout the complete lifecycle of works

  • Invoice completed work on day of completion and at pre-agreed price for work done

  • Process warranty claims within specified time limits and challenge any claim rejections

  • Ensure the timely and accurate recharge of warrantable parts and labour

  • Update and maintain relevant KPI data for warranty and supply to management when required

Successful candidates will...

  • Have a minimum of two years’ experience within similar roles including

  • Be confident in managing complex workloads with the tenacity to achieve end results

  • Have a proven track record in coordinating warranty claims processes

  • Have extensive experience liaising with internal and external customers at all levels

  • Be a competent user of MS Office
