Customer Service Executive: Required for this established expanding independent travel company based in the head office in Cambridge. They are looking for a customer service focused person to join their lovely team. Salary between £17-£19k plus benefits.

Customer Service Executive:
- Answer phone calls in an appropriate and sensitive manner and delivering high levels of customer service
- Dealing with any issues that arise during the customers holiday
- Speaking to suppliers to resolve any issues
- General administration duties
Customer Service Executive Skills:
- Experience within the travel industry would be advantageous
- Previous experience within a customer service role is essential
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and able to work to deadlines
