Description

As an Customer Service Executive your duties will consist of:

  • Presenting relevant data to clients face to face
  • Building rapport and further developing relationships
  • Processing all orders and information for individual accounts
  • Proactively manage all vehicle renewals
  • Manage all customer services issues and complaints

Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be IT Literate
  • Be confident and driven
  • Hold experience of building rapport with stakeholders
