We are delighted to be supporting a brand-new client who are a growing, online retailer who are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team in London.
As a Customer Service Executive, it will be your responsibility to handle customer enquiries through the use of telephone, email and live chat. You will exceed customers' expectations by delivering the highest standard of customer experience. You will support all aspects of the processing and packaging journey from product queries, interior design advice and aftersales care as well as processing customer returns and exchanges.
The successful candidate for the Customer Service Executive role will have at least three years' experience within a customer care focused contact centre environment. You must have experience working for a high end/luxury online retail business as well as being a friendly, confident and polite individual.
My client is offering a basic salary of up to £25,000 plus 20% off products.
