You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure customers are informed, provide information and updates, deal with queries and complaints.
You will work closely with internal departments to ensure a successful and efficient customer journey.
Part of the role will be to ensure internal databases are accurate and up to date you produce reports.
The successful candidate will have a real passion for customer service, be able to work autonomously under pressure, be well organised with the ability to prioritise. Have great written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build strong working relationships, be flexible and adaptable and a great team player.

37.5 hours per week
£9.75 per week
