Your new company
Facilities Management company based in Bury St Edmund's.
Hours of work are full time and done on a rota basis. For example your shift patterns will include: 7am – 4pm, 8am – 5pm, 9am – 6pm, 10am – 7pm and 11am – 8pm.
You will also be required to work one weekend per month but will have time off during the week.
Your new role
You will be dealing with incoming calls, responding to emails and using a tablet/ live chat to respond to customers, so you must have excellent communication skills
This is a temporary position leading to a permanent role for the right person. The role will be paying £8.00 per hour plus Holiday pay OR £9.58 per hour including holiday pay (This is paid in a weekly basis, whilst you are a temping)
You will be welcomed by the energetic busy team. In addition to working within the Helpdesk department you will need to build excellent relationships with customers over the telephone

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the position you must be immediately available and have excellent communication skills and the ability to be well organised. Basic computer skills including Word and Excel will be needed also
OWN TRANSPORT NEEDED- Buses are not available during the late and early shift so you will ideally require your own transport. There is car parking available on site.
