A friendly Worthing based employer is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join them in assisting their customers with queries and related administration.
You’ll work as part of a busy but friendly team providing excellent customer service over the phone and over email.
- Liaising with customers to handle a variety of queries and complaints by phone and in writing
- Working with clients providing excellent phone based customer service but also getting involved in relevant administration, paperwork and database work
- Written customer service via post and email
This is an office environment not a call centre so there is no dialler and as well as phone work it will include administration and written work so candidates will need excellent customer service skills and strong written communication skills along with administrative capabilities.
You’ll need previous experience in Customer Services and ideally hold 5 GCSE grades C or above (or equivalent).
The interview will involve a basic Maths and English assessment so a good grasp of basic Maths and English is needed.
The salary for this role is £17.5k-£19k dependent on previous experience. The company work Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm. This is a great place to work with a fantastic team.
