As Client Service Executive, you can expect to…

  • Work as part of a close knit team ensuring work is delivered to meet standards
  • Work towards tight deadlines, abiding by all company procedures
  • Provide initiatives for improvements to systems and procedures
  • Liaise with various departments, colleagues and clients in a professional and timely manner
  • Analyse processes and provide new initiatives to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Research and identify new products on the market; liaising with the Project Directors
  • Attend and actively participate in meetings as and when required
  • Attend supplier presentations and training courses to enhance product knowledge successfully

Desired experience from the Client Service Executive…

  • Experience of providing excellent customer service in a fast paced environment
  • Database management skills; ability to produce reports
  • Experience of managing and interrogating large volumes of complex data
  • Intermediate or advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel
