Customer Service Executive

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen in a market leading technology company who are looking for a key member of the customer services team.

Duties will include: Proactive and reactive expediting for suppliers, responsibility for accurate and punctual updates in SAP, Proactive backlog management for selected strategic UK customers including proactive warnings to sales and customer directly;Queries from sales / customers on backlog and tracking details,Investigating short shipments, missing shipments, incorrect shipments and working with European Customer Service to resolve; Maximising billings for the UK & Ireland - working with multiple departments to resolve shipping blocks and ship goods;  Credit, debit issuing respectful of SOX and internal rules

You will need to have excellent excel skills, have a problem solving approach and the ability to develop fantastic customer relationships.
