A Customer Service Executive is required by a fast growing technology start-up in the health and fitness industry. This rapidly expanding international company has a vision to motivate, educate and inspire people to a healthier lifestyle through the use of an exciting fitness platform. A Customer Service Executive is required to join a friendly, modern and vibrant environment to provide customer and sales support to international clients.

The Role: The successful Customer Service Executive will be responsible for the providing first line support to client services and directly to international customers. This will involve dealing with queries via phone, email and live chat, conducting sales demonstrations, offering software training to international customers and providing excellent customer service whilst building strong customer relationships.

The ideal Customer Service Executive will have experience of some of the following experience:

  • Fluent English
  • Customer Service
  • Confident providing sales demonstrations both online and in person

The successful Customer Service Executive will benefit from working for a client which invests heavily in the development of their staff - both professionally and personally. This Customer Service Executive vacancy pays an attractive salary of £16,000 - £20,000 per annum dependant on experience.
