Your new role
The role of Customer Service Executive will be varied, with responsibility for processing customer orders, quotes and handling queries, providing a high level of customer service and sales support. You will be the first point of contact for customers within your given portfolio, responding and managing issues, invoice and stock enquiries and complaints.
You will be required to co-ordinate sales and act as a project coordinator by registering enquiries and liaising with internal departments in order to issue quotations, lead time requirements and providing regular feedback. You will provide excellent customer service with the ability to pre-empt issues through effective communication, advising on lead times and negotiating as long a lead-time as possible. Other duties include but are not limited to maintaining and logging records of correspondence and enquiries, quotations and orders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous sales support experience, managing the end to end process and delivering a high level of customer service. You will be acting as primary point of contact for customers and therefore you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and establish key working relationships with colleagues and client base.
