* * Previous customer support experience (telephone based)
* Management of client cases, queries & Issues
* Previous experience of dealing with inbound customer calls and resolving queries
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Good negotiation and administration skills
* Good Ms Office skills
* Be available immediately and commit to a long term contract , possible permanent position
* Be able to commute to Slough
