You will be supporting the Account Manager and Account Director with the end to end delivery process and so must be able to demonstrate very strong communication skills, the ability to multitask and handle administration work.
You will be the client’s first port of call for all administrative issues and be excellent at building and maintaining effective client relationships.
To provide excellent customer service, managing all administrative issue and support requests for clients
To manage all reward ordering for customers
To manage incentive queries from delegates and assist with creating incentive and event literature
This is an ideas company and will suit a creative and proactive individual with the energy and enthusiasm to succeed. The ideal candidate will be social media aware, have an understanding of website content and have some B2B experience either in marketing or customer service.
Computer literate with MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730, good benefits and company incentives.
Own transport required due to rural location between Thame and Aylesbury
