Customer Service Executive

Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Customer Services Executive to work in their Central London office.

The role:

  • Taking ownership of the booking, coordination and delivery of events (conferences, forums & workshops) and meetings.

  • Assisting with acknowledging, processing and responding to customer requests.

  • Coordinating diaries and arranging meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Attending meetings (involving internal and external stakeholders) and minute taking

  • Contributing to the Customer Services Team’s delivery against annual objectives.

  • Delivering against Personal Development Plan.

  • The day to day office management, including resolving facilities issues, supplies and management of meeting rooms.

  • The provision of ad-hoc administrative support to the team and customers in a timely and accurate manner.

    Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office support or events management/coordination role.

  • Relevant experience in insurance or similar financial services environment is desirable.
