HOURS: 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday

A recently renovated open plan customer services floor with a buzzy, professional and vibrant feel.
What you’ll be doing
Working within the heart of operations within this large logistics company, you will be the first point of contact for your designated customers. You will be delivering first class customer services to a broad range of household names. This is not a regular customer service role, you will have your own customers, and therefore relationship building is key. You will answer any query from your client and ensure smooth running of purchase orders and client invoicing, minimising errors and maintaining high standards as well as managing the performance of third party providers and producing reports and statistics where required.
What we’re looking for
A passionate and motivated customer service professional with outstanding communication skills and the ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment. Logistics or supply chain experience will be a distinct advantage for this role.
