Customer Service Executive - X 2
Our amazing client is seeking customer service executives to join its growing team working full time hours in its fun and lively head office based just on the outskirts of Cirencester.
This exciting opportunity will involve dealing with all inbound enquiries from customers via the telephone and via email.
You will be reporting to the customer services team manager with class leading support and training.
We are ideally looking for candidates who have some retail customer services experience with the right enthusiastic personality, looking to start a new career.
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Clear, confidant telephone manner
- IT literate
Previous experience in an office environment is not required - just a willingness to learn and previous experience of dealing with customers.
Full driving licence and your own transport is essential due to the location of the position
