We're growing at pace and expanding our brilliant Customer Service team and currently seek 15 new hires in our Manchester City Centre offices.

Acting as the first point of contact for all our patients, pharmacists and other stakeholders, our Customer Service Executives play THE key role in our slick service and ensure our customers experience throughout the whole journey with Push Doctor is the best in the industry.

You will be passionate and caring in everything you do, focused solely on making sure our customers get exactly what they need when they need it.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to UK and International customer queries and complaints via email, phone and social media channels, in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain customer records by constantly updating account information and recording details of any customer issues/enquires
  • Basic administrative tasks
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve queries and obtain information for customers
  • Hours of work / shift patterns: 35 hours (5 days / 7 hours shifts). Shifts are between 6am to 11pm including weekends
