We are currently searching for experienced Customer Service Executives to join our prestigious client’s team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties will include:
- Handling incoming calls from suppliers , customers and depots
- Monitoring the email inbox and responding appropriately
- Dealing with customer queries regarding queries and complaints
- Processing information on internal databases
- Working in a fast paced customer service environment
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Ensuring to meet targets and deadlines
Skills / Experience Required:
- Experience in a similar industry
- Customer service experience is essential
- Confident telephone manner
Salary: £8.65 per hour rising to £18,000 after 12 weeks
Weekly pay for the first 12 weeks = cash for Christmas!
Hours of Work: between the hours of 7.00am - 8.00pm 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
