Cute Resource Solutions are excited to be working with a Law firm in Bristol who are going through a large period of growth. Due to this growth, they are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive to join the 'firstresponse’ team, where you will be a crucial part of the motor claims process.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding their new motor claim. This will involve taking the details of the claim, explaining the legal process to the customer, updating the case management system, arranging medical appointments and updating the customer throughout each stage.
This is a really exciting opportunity to join a Law firm who are quickly growing, which means there will definitely be progression opportunities.
The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience;
- Customer Service experience - phone based or face-to-face
- Claims handling experience would be great (not essential)
- An excellent telephone manner
- Customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using a case management system would also be beneficial but not essential
