Customer Service Executive - good progression

This is a fabulous company in Harlow going through an unprecedented growth period who are now looking for four more customer service advisors to complete their team.

The ideal person will have worked in a similiar environment and be used to taking incoming calls and dealing with queries and questions as well as completing all the associated administration.

This is not purely a phone based job as you will be also dealing with email queries via their app so good verbal and written communication skills are a must.

The offices are open planned with a nice company culture and a buzzy atmosphere. There is an on site restauarant and a comfy staff room with a pool table. Lots of parking available.

On successful completion of the probation period your salary will increase by £500. There is plenty of opportunity to increase the salary going forward if you are hard working and enthusiastic.

Hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm with one Saturday morning in three - 9am to 1.00pm

Salary £18,000 rising to £18,500 after probation. Plus bonus of up to £500
