This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing digital start-up and have the opportunity to learn more about design and marketing, and provide excellent customer service. The team are extremely friendly and supportive, and each member retains their own specialisms to deliver fantastic marketing collateral in their own style.

About the role

*Provide excellent customer service through their unique digital platform and email
*Help customers use the products and navigate the software
*Assist with general office administration duties
*Get involved with the design team and assist where needed

Beneficial qualities

*Previous customer service experience, beyond retail e.g. liaising via email and telephone or live chat with customers
*Ability to communicate on all levels with a range of people from around the globe
*Any knowledge of Adobe Software is also a bonus

Salary

Up to £24,000

Location:

Addlestone; commutable from Guildford, Weybridge, Fleet, Reading, Slough, Twickenham
