Customer Services Executive

Basic salary £16,640.00 to £22,000 depending on experience..

No experience is necessary, as our induction programme provides training and coaching on our computer systems, internal processes and call handling, as well as guiding you through industry and regulation knowledge, providing you with the necessary skills to become a successful Customer Services Executive within the Personal Lines Insurance Industry. Our award winning parent company, Fresh Insurance, was set up in 2002 and is now one of the largest privately owned insurance brokers in the UK, employing over 250 staff across 2 sites in Redditch and Bracknell.

Our First Insurance brand was launched in 2011, in Bracknell Berkshire. We began offering car insurance to young and convicted drivers and have since developed a wide range of products. We continue to focus on new and innovative products, striving to continually improve and build upon our current offerings.

Key responsibilities of a Customer Services Executive:-

  • Speaking to customers on the telephone
  • Providing solutions to meet the customers’ needs and requests
  • Producing and processing client and insurer documentation
  • Working to daily and monthly targets
  • Completing processes in an effective and timely manner
  • Providing an excellent level of customer service at all times

This role comes with a basic salary of £15,000 to £22,000 (Depending on customer service and / or relevant insurance experience). With an achievable bonus structure you could reach on target earnings of £16640.00 to £25,000.

Your working hours will be 40 hours per week covering the following rotating shift pattern:-

Week 1 - Earlies - 8:30am to 5:00pm

Week 2 - Middles - 10:00am to 6:30pm

Week 3 - Lates - 11:00am to 7:30pm

Saturdays - 1 in 3 - 9:00am - 4:00pm
