Hours - Mon - Fri (Various shift patterns from 8am - 8pm)
To assist cardholders and Managers with queries pertaining to usage of the Corporate Card as well as the Business Portal.
To deliver a world class customer service on every call or email by handling all calls or emails in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
To assist cardholders or Programme Administrators with information or queries relating to the co card account as a result of using the corporate card
To assist cardholders or Programme Administrators with information or queries relating to the company Portal
To activate corporate cards for cardholders who experience difficulties activating the card.
To provide general information about the UK corporate card relating to features and benefits to prospective cardholders
Responding to written service requests / queries via email from UK cardholders within 24 hours to ensure a prompt service delivery
To ensure any non-contact tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
To ensure that the co complies with the data protection act, by performing data protection on every call
To adhere to the Cardholder Services working instructions in order to assist cardholders in an effective and efficient manner
To forward any cases in a timely manner where the query can't be resolved on the 1st contact using 2nd level support teams
Experience with a customer service or similar role within the card payment services or travel / airline industry
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written
To deliver efficient and effective solutions to the satisfaction of the customer
The ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment working to deadlines
Must be able to build and maintain strong relationships across the various business environments
Must demonstrate a keen attention to detail
Experience using MS, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
