Role: Customer Service Advisor
Type: Temporary, 3 months
Pay: £9.19 plus holiday pay
Hours: Full time, working shifts between the hours of 8am - 8:15pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 5:30pm on Saturdays.
Start date: Various intakes throughout April, May and June.
Tate are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for one of the UKs most respected and established Automotive companies.
What will I be doing?
The role will include speaking with new and existing customers and delivering your expertise and knowledge to continue providing world class service. You will be working in a contact centre environment as part of a committed team.
Generally, the workloads are high this time of year. You will endeavour to meet the customers needs and will have the authority, training, skills and experience to deal effectively with the majority of needs raised.
