This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established engineering company.

Duties / attributes include:

  • Day to day running of the engineers’ diaries and allocating resources in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Answering all incoming client requests
  • Dealing with all customer queries, complaints and problem solving
  • Polite and courteous telephone manner essential
  • Assisting engineers with everyday queries
  • Multi tasking essential
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work on own initiative but also in a team environment
