Our client is looking for Customer Service Assistant for a long term temp role
A leading industry firm
Due to fast expansion of our online business, a vacancy for an E-commerce Assistant has arisen based at our Head Office in Edinburgh. With an aim to maximise sales and to help increase our online presence and optimise the website visitor experience, the role will be target and performance driven.
Your key responsibilities will include: -
Assisting with upload of new products and collections to the website.
Writing relevant, accurate titles and descriptions for new products.
Reviewing existing listings and improving product content and images on the website.
Assisting with online sales order processing including customer liaison both by phone and face to face, taking payments and organising dispatch.

Key skills required for this role: -
Proficient writing skills and good use of English language.
Experience of working in a digital/online environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
