Customer Service Desk Shift Team Leader role based in Exeter. Managing and resolving technical support calls.
Your new company
Hays IT are recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Desk Shift Team Leader for an Exeter based company. You will be working within the service desk team managing deployment of resources to meet user / service level demands either from within team or through on-call rotas /escalation to other support teams.
Your new role
You will be responsible for monitoring and managing service levels as well as providing the support, expertise and guidance to ensure the team meets the required day to day operation and service level agreements. This involves having an input to the Customer Service Analyst appraisals. There is also the responsibility for managing out of hours escalations to the business. The role has a set shift pattern and includes night work.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience logging, responding to, investigating and resolving technical support calls alongside contributing to team meetings and providing management information. You will need to be confident in liaising with other teams and 3rd party service providers as required.
What you'll get in return
Easily accessible Exeter location with parking. Salary is £27,600 - £30,000 per annum which includes a 20% shift allowance.
