Our client based on the very outskirts of Burgess Hill, is now looking to recruit someone to assist them on an ongoing basis, to start early February 2018. This is a full time role, working hours Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm, one hour lunch break, rate of pay £9.50 per hour. As they are remotely located, you will require your own transport.There is the possibility that this role could become permanent in due course, but at the moment their immediate need is for an ongoing temp.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the efficient running of the Service Office, assisting in maintaining effective communication between customers and technicians in relation to the repair and maintenance of equipment and machinery and you may from time to time be required to cover for the Branch Secretary when on holiday. .
v Administration support to Service Manager
v Answer department telephones in a professional manner
v Liaise with members of the public on a day to day basis at the service counter
v Assist with reports, raising of job cards, completion of job cards and invoicing
v Updating Service Technician timesheets on to the system and administering the clock cards
v Maintaining all records efficiently and effectively as required
v Covering branch administration as required during annual leave
v Adhoc duties as required
v Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal diplomatically with customers and colleagues in a polite manner and professional manner, previous customer service experience is ideally required.
