Our client has a vacancy for a Customer Service & Dealer Support Advisor. They are looking for cycling enthusiasts preferably with Telesales or Customer Service experience to join their team in Milton Keynes, working with their brands.
The main focus is on processing incoming telephone and email sales orders, providing technical information and back up service for products. It is therefore essential that you have technical knowledge of products, and ideally you will have a keen interest in cycling!
You will also be proactive in contacting designated accounts and advising dealers on new products and special offers from time to time, as the business requires, so it’s important that you have energy and passion for products.
You will be expected to work well as part of the team so that they can continue to provide Dealers with the excellent service.
Successful applicants will be confident and clear communicators with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
